The company Infinity Extreme Ltda., registered under Brazilian tax ID CNPJ 26.746.028/0001-66 at Rua Francisco Morato, 255 — Vianelo, Jundiaí - SP, responsible for the RTK PRO platform (“we”), respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014) and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990).

1. Data we collect

We collect identification data (name, CPF/CNPJ, email and phone), location and RTK PRO module usage data (serial number, NTRIP network and connection logs), and website browsing data (cookies and IP address).

2. Purpose of processing

We use your data to enable module purchase, activation and support; issue warranties and tax invoices; send order and support communications; meet legal and tax obligations; and, when authorised, send commercial communications.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with logistics operators, payment processors and partner NTRIP providers strictly to deliver the service, and with authorities when required by law.

4. Your rights (Article 18, LGPD)

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, data deletion and withdrawal of consent at any time. Address requests to our Data Protection Officer (DPO).

5. Security and retention

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access under Article 46 of the LGPD. Data is retained as needed for the stated purposes or for the period required by tax and consumer law.
