These terms govern access to and use of the website, customer portal and RTK PRO modules offered byInfinity Extreme Ltda. (CNPJ 26.746.028/0001-66). By creating an account, buying a module or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the service

RTK PRO sells universal NTRIP correction modules and optionally access to its own RTK correction bases. Use of the public IBGE network (RBMC-IP) and third-party networks is subject to their providers' rules, over which we have no control.

2. Registration and platform use (Internet Civil Framework, Article 7)

You are responsible for the accuracy of registered data and protecting access credentials. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, infringing third-party rights or compromising system security is prohibited.

3. Consumer rights (CDC)

Under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, you are entitled to clear product information, a statutory 90-day warranty for durable goods and withdrawal within 7 days for purchases outside business premises (Article 49, CDC).

4. Warranty and support

Modules have the additional contractual warranty described on each product page. Technical support is available through the WhatsApp and email contacts in the site footer.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for instability in public or third-party networks (such as RBMC-IP), or equipment used outside the manual's specifications.

6. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Jurisdiction

The courts of Jundiaí, SP, Brazil are designated to resolve disputes, without prejudice to the courts of the consumer's place of residence under Article 101, I of the CDC.
